New Accounts

The first order with us IS to be paid on proforma basis. Subsequent orders may be on account SUBJECT TO A CREDIT LIMIT WITH the OUTCOME OF THE relevant checks on bank and trade references. Account Opening Forms are available on request, please contact our accounts or customer service team based AT OUR REGISTERED office.

Value Added Tax

VAT is charged at the prevailing rate to any items which are standard rated. The prices in our price list ARE quoted ex VAT.

Payment Terms

All CREDIT ACCOUNT invoices are to be paid within 30 days following delivery or as per prior arrangement. If payments are not received by the due date, Kohlico RESREVES RIGHT TO charge interest @2% above base rate, calculated on a daily basis, ALONG WITH THE DEBT COLLECTION FEES on ANY outstanding amounts until paid in full. Any bank charges incurred, will be passed to the CUSTOMER. Kohlico reserves the right to remove the credit facility AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

Payments

We do nOT accept cash OR CREDIT CARD payments.

Title

All goods will remain the property of Kohlico until paid in full, but the risk will pass to the buyer on delivery. Kohlico reserves the right to remove from the buyer’s premises all goods which have not been paid for by the due date, and the buyer is deemed to consent to Kohlico entering its premises for that purpose until payment is made in full.

Prices

Prices sometimes MAY change at short notice, and Kohlico reserves the right to pass onto the CUSTOMER any price increase imposed by its supplier between the date of an order and the date of delivery of goods.

Claims

On occasion that there may be a discrepancy or shortage of the order, or if the goods are damaged, the buyer must advise Kohlico within three working days of delivery.

Returns

No returns will be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Kohlico cannot give credit for goods that are near expiry date or price marked.

Sell-By-Date

The buyer must ensure correct stock rotation as we are unable to give refunds for stock that remains unsold after its ‘best before’ date.

Deliveries

Kohlico aims to deliver ALL CUSTOMERS WITHIN REASONABLE TIME. However, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERIES FOR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. ANY LATE booked deliveries cannot be accepted as a reason for refusing goods. Orders placed by customers are not binding until shipped.
